    • A domestic combined heat and power system including a power unit, a heat-storage tank which receives waste heat of the power unit for storing heat in direct water, and a main heat exchanger connected to the heat-storage tank, being heated by a burner so as to use the water as hot water. A waste-heat heat exchanger filled with a heat-transfer medium is installed between the power unit and the heat-storage tank such that a waste-heat pipe is arranged in the form of a coil at one side inside the waste-heat heat exchanger, and a heat-storage pipe of the heat-storage tank is arranged in the form of a coil at the other side. Waste heat of the power unit is indirectly heat exchanged to the heat-storage tank through the heat-transfer medium. Costs and waste of energy consumption are reduced, and there is sharing of functions that are duplicated across the heat-storage tank.

    • A warmer device includes a protection device, a rechargeable warmer bag and a monitoring device. The rechargeable warmer bag includes a bag, a heating unit, a charging unit, and a monitoring unit for protecting the rechargeable warmer bag. When the rechargeable warmer bag is being charged in the cavity of the protection device, the rechargeable warmer bag is monitored by the monitoring device. When the rechargeable warmer bag is heated to be over expanded, the monitoring device disconnects the external circuit to protect the rechargeable warmer bag from being broken or explosion. When the rechargeable warmer bag is being used, the rechargeable warmer bag and the monitoring device are separated.

    • The present invention relates to a system of transfer and storage of thermal energy to and from the surrounding environment. In particular, this invention relates to a thermo-well (1) comprising at least a case (2) underground, at least one inlet pipe (10) of a heat carrier fluid and at least one outlet line (9) of said heat carrier fluid, wherein said case (2) is sealed, characterized in that said at least one case (2) contains within it an inert material (G) in granular form with which that heat carrier fluid is placed in contact to get an heat transfer between said heat carrier fluid and said inert material (G). Further objects of the invention are an heat transfer system and a storage of thermal or freezing energy and a cogeneration energy system comprising at least one thermo-well as defined above.
