摘要： An air-conditioning system which may be included in a motor vehicle may include a single pair of tube-and-plate heat exchangers arranged within a common vacuum enclosure, the heat exchangers selectively coupled with a heat source, a radiator, and an air-conditioning core. During an adsorbing/evaporating mode, coolant may circulate between a first heat exchanger and the radiator and vapor may evaporate from the surface of non-adsorbent-coated plates of the second heat exchanger and be adsorbed at adsorbent-coated plates of the first heat exchanger while coolant circulates between the second heat exchanger and the core. During a desorbing/condensing mode, coolant may circulate between a heat source and the first heat exchanger to effect desorption of vapor from the adsorbent in the first heat exchanger, while melting PCM in the core exchanges heat with air blown through the core to provide cooling.

摘要： Provided is a broadband heat pump system including: a heat pump module including a plurality of heat pumps that supply hot water with different levels of temperature; a heat source supply module that introduces a heat source from one heat source or selectively introduces a heat source from one or a plurality of heat sources among heat sources with different levels of temperature so as to produce a heat source with a desired temperature; and a controller that controls the heat pump module and the heat source supply module to select one from the plurality of heat pumps to be appropriate to a temperature of hot water requested by a demand source and to receive a heat source with a necessary temperature from the heat source supply module so that the selected heat pump is able to supply hot water with the requested temperature.

摘要： A solar powered intermittent absorption refrigeration system utilizes helical coil heat exchangers for generation, absorption, dephlegmation, condensation and heat recovery. The thermo-siphon effect is used to supply and reject heat from the system, to recover and utilize heat from a waste energy unit, to reject heat of absorption, and to pressurize and depressurize the system. The system produces ice blocks during the nighttime without any requirement of electrical energy for the operation of the system.
