摘要： A microchannel evaporator includes a plurality of microchannels. Each of the plurality of microchannels includes a first end and a second end. A first end-tank is coupled to each first end of the plurality of microchannels and a second end-tank is coupled to each second end of the plurality of microchannels. A second-fluid inlet is coupled to either the first end-tank or the second end-tank and configured to receive a fluid into the microchannel evaporator and a second-fluid outlet is coupled to either the first end-tank or the second end-tank and configured to expel the fluid from the microchannel evaporator. Each microchannel of the plurality of microchannels includes at least one bend along a length thereof.

摘要： A system for coating a heat transfer tube for a condenser is disclosed. The system simplifies a process of coating the heat transfer tube, and is able to uniformly coat a plurality of heat transfer tubes. In addition, the system is economically feasible in that coating solution can be reused by collecting and circulating it. Due to super-hydrophobic coating, the size of a droplet condensed on the surfaces of the heat transfer tubes coated by the system can be reduced, and a condensation heat transfer coefficient can be increased.

摘要： In a cooled component system, a heat exchanger mounted on a surface of the industrial component is housed in an isolated access compartment adjacent to but separated from the primary compartment containing the industrial component. Housing the heat exchanger in a separately accessible compartment permits access to the heat exchanger for cleaning or other purposes without having to shut down the industrial component being cooled. A means for moving a cooling media over the surface a the heat exchanger might also be included to maximize heat exchange.

摘要： A heat exchanger includes an aluminum member coated with a resin. The resin-coated aluminum member may be formed as a constituent part, e.g., a heat transfer member, a heater core, or the like, of the heat exchanger. In such heat exchangers, the aluminum member is connected to other resin-coated aluminum members by fusing the resin. Energy consumed during the connection of the aluminum members of the heat exchanger may be effectively reduced, and the manufacturing cost of the heat exchanger may be reduced, compared with that of heat exchangers made according to known methods that use a brazing filler metal.
