摘要： An ATM equipped with forensic card reader identification validation is provided. The ATM may include a real ID card slot. The real ID card slot may accept real ID cards. The ATM may include a call communications module. The call communications module may communicate with a third-party network. Upon insertion of a real ID card at the ATM, the ATM may retrieve security details from the real ID card. The ATM may transmit the security details to the third-party network via the call communications module. The third-party network may verify the security details with one or more databases which are accessible by the third-party network. Upon failure to verify the security details, the third-party network may transmit a failed verification response to the ATM.

摘要： In order to efficiently perform banknote handling and banknote disinfection, a banknote handling apparatus includes: an inlet that receives a banknote from outside the apparatus; a transport path that transports the banknotes from the inlet into the apparatus; a recognition circuit that performs banknote recognition of the banknote; a disinfector that performs banknote disinfection of the banknote; an outlet that holds the banknotes; and a processing circuitry that controls these components to perform a banknote handling process in which the banknote passes the recognition circuit and the disinfector. The banknote handling process is performed in a mode selected from among a first mode of performing the banknote recognition and the banknote disinfection, a second mode of performing the banknote disinfection without performing the banknote recognition, and a third mode of performing the banknote recognition without performing the banknote disinfection.

A cash handling device having at least one processor, a communication interface, and memory may receive, from a mobile device, a request to process a pre-staged transaction. Subsequently, the cash handling device may generate and present a graphical identifier based on the mobile device requesting access to the cash handling device. Next, the cash handling device may verify that the mobile device is authorized to perform the pre-staged transaction based on the graphical identifier being scanned by the mobile device and cause a connection to be established between the cash handling device and the mobile device. Thereafter, the cash handling device may identify and process the pre-staged transaction associated with the mobile device. Then, the cash handling device may generate a notification indicating completed processing of the identified pre-staged transaction.
