摘要： The invention relates to a headlight for a vehicle, comprising a concave reflector and a lamp arranged within the reflector to reflect light from the lamp to create an illumination beam with a bright/dark boundary. The lamp comprises a transparent vessel including a longitudinal axis, at least a first and second filament arranged within the vessel. A baffle arranged proximate to the first filament, and comprising first and second upper side edges. The first filament is arranged above a plane including the upper side edges. A different plane is through the center of the first filament and is arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The upper side edges are arranged symmetrically to a baffle symmetry axis extending from the center of the first filament centrally between the upper side edges. The lamp is arranged within the reflector rotated around said longitudinal axis by a rotation angle of 2°-20°.

摘要： A red automotive incandescent lamp having a sealed lamp envelope formed from an amber glass, a pair of filaments located within the lamp envelope, and a red pigmented coating applied to an external surface of the envelope. The amber glass provides initial filtering of the shorter wavelengths of visible light, so that the red pigment has to filter out less light and therefore can be made less opaque. As a result, the lamp produces the desired red colored light at a total light output that meets applicable SAE and ECE requirements for automotive lamps.

摘要： A dual-filament reflective infrared bulb has high and low beam filaments in spaced adjacency along a longitudinal bulb axis. A longitudinal envelope structure encloses each filament in a separate substantially ellipsoidal chamber. The outer surface of the envelope structure is coated with dichroic layers and provides focused reflectance of infrared radiation back onto the filaments. The common ground lead of the assembly passes through one of the chambers substantially off of the longitudinal axis and thereby off of the focal axis of the infrared radiation. A lead emanates out of one longitudinal end of the envelope structure and is formed to return in spaced adjacency toward the opposite longitudinal end. A bulb shield is fastened to the return portion of the lead and intermediate one of the chambers and the leads.

The fastening of low-beam filament (6) according to the invention makes possible materials savings in the case of a low-beam screening cap (12) and lower cost lamp manufacture.

摘要： An optical valve for use in a lamp of a motor vehicle comprises a main filament, and a sub-main filament. A multi-layer film is coated over a glass tube at the portion corresponding to the sub-main filament to produce yellow light. When driving at night and passing by a motor vehicle coming from the opposite direction, the sub-main filament is heated and produces yellow light which will not daze a driver's eyes, thus preventing dangerous situations to the drivers.
