    • An antenna mount includes a main member, a first contacting member, a second contacting member, and a driving member. The main member has a chamber therein to receive the first contacting member, the second contacting member and the driving member. The first contacting member electrically connects to a signal wire of a cable for signal transmission, and the main member electrically connects to a ground wire of the cable. Two ends of the second contacting member are respectively connected to the main member and contacted with the first contacting member, wherein the second contacting member has a predetermined resistance. Once a connector of an antenna is engaged, the driving member is moved to separate the second contacting member and the first contacting member; and when the connector of the antenna is disengaged, the second contacting member contacts with the first contacting member again as a protective circuit.

    • A coaxial connector includes an insulation housing having a receptacle opening portion for receiving a central conductive member of a coaxial plug; an outer conductive member for detachably attaching an outer conductive member of the coaxial plug; a connection member; a switching spring member capable of being elastically deformed downwardly; and an insulation member fixed to the connection member or the switching spring member so that the insulation member is situated between the connection member and the switching spring member. The switching spring member is pushed and displaced so that the switching spring member is disconnected from the connection member when the coaxial plug is inserted into the insulation housing. The connection member is pushed to displace the switching spring member through the insulation member so that the switching spring member is disconnected from the connection member when the coaxial plug is inserted into the insulation housing.

    • With a simple configuration, increase in size can be avoided, usage durability is improved, and occurrence of insufficient electrical connection caused by dust can be prevented well. A crank part is provided in at least one of both contacts including elastic beam-like members. Both of the contacts are provided with cut-away parts, which substantially increase the span lengths of the elastic beam-like members, and gaps between the contacts and an insulating housing which ensure flexibility of the elastic beam-like members to ensure flexibility and prevent permanent deformation of the contacts while enhancing elasticity of the contacts. Dust which has entered the interior thereof is moved along the crank part to ensure electrical conductivity well, which is an employed configuration.

    • A switchable electrical connector for distribution equipment is provided, particularly in the form of a tap housing containing the F-port connector which when installed in a CATV system, is switchable to selectively supply RP with power to customers who subscribe to telephone service; and to provide only RF (5 MHz-1 GHz) to customers who subscribe only to cable television service. The connector includes a cylindrical outer conductor for attachment to a housing of the distribution equipment which contains a pcb, a conductor of a coaxial cable being connectable to said outer conductor; an inner resilient conductor member contained in the outer conductor and connectable to an electrical circuit when contacting the pcb, a conductor of a coaxial cable being connectable to the inner resilient conductor member; and a switching arrangement operatively associated with the resilient conductor member and the pcb whereby an electrical circuit may be selectively opened and closed to selectively provide the services when the inner resilient conductor member has contact with the pcb.
