摘要： A strain release connector for an overhead electrical wire includes a first connector part securable to the overhead electrical wire with a fixed clamping force, and a second connector part cooperable with the first connector part and securable to a service cable with an adjustable clamping force, less than the fixed clamping force. The second connector part has at least one strain adjustment screw for modifying the adjustable clamping force. The adjustable clamping force is set by the at least one strain adjustment screw such that the second connector part is configured to release the service cable upon an application of a predetermined tension force.

摘要： The present invention includes a flexible jumper jig which is reconfigurable to replicate the end positions of a flexible jumper as it would be on an installed substation. According to a further preferred embodiment, an exemplary system of the present invention may include a framework forming three orthogonal axes and repositionable tooling mounts for end fittings. According to another aspect of the present invention, an x-axis oriented rail may preferably hold a tooling mount which is configurable to be rotated about its axis to allow for alternate tooling mount orientations. Further, a y-axis oriented rail may be perpendicular to the x-axis rail and may be fixed. Still further, a z-axis oriented rail may be perpendicular to and slide along the y-axis rail. Additionally, a second tooling mount may be attached to the z-axis rail.

摘要： A terminal structure of an armored cable includes an end of an armored cable, a terminal metal fitting, and a support. The end includes a core, and an armoring including armor wires made of copper or copper alloy disposed on an outer circumference of the core. The terminal metal fitting is attached to an end of each armor wire. The support is disposed on a tip side of the core and supports a plurality of the terminal metal fittings. The support includes a base plate and a fixing member. The base plate is provided with a first through hole into which the core is inserted, and second through holes which are provided on an outer circumference of the first through hole and into each of which a corresponding one of the terminal metal fittings is inserted. The fixing member fixes each terminal metal fitting to the base plate.

摘要： An overhead wire tension balancer can prevent rotation of an inner cylinder connected with an overhead wire, without deteriorating rotation preventing function, even if stroke is increased, and does not complicate production steps. A rotation preventing plate is formed at the inside of an inner cylinder, and an opening which cannot rotate relative to the rotation preventing plate and which can relatively move in a condition which passes a long plate, is formed on the rotation preventing plate. The long plate is formed by two long plate pieces in an L shape in which a tip is bent, a hanging portion is formed by this bent portion and prevents the rotation preventing plate from disengaging from the long plate.
