摘要： A motor inverter is provided. The motor inverter is coupled to an input power source and a motor and controls the mechanical switch to receive or turn off the input power source. The motor inverter includes primary and secondary auxiliary circuits, a microprocessor, a gate driver, and a motor drive circuit. The primary and secondary auxiliary circuits are coupled to the input power source and outputs first and second output voltages respectively. The microprocessor operates the driving switches of the motor drive circuit through the gate driver to switch the input power source for driving the motor. If the microprocessor determines that the first output voltage is abnormal and the motor rotational speed exceeds a safe speed limit, the microprocessor controls the driving switches to form an active short circuit for stopping the motor, and the microprocessor turns off the mechanical switch for protecting the input power source.

摘要： The present disclosure provides a driving circuit of a fan motor to shorten a start time. The driving circuit drives the fan motor with a sensor. A control logic circuit controls an inverter circuit connected to the fan motor according to a Hall signal that indicates a position of a rotor of the fan motor. When the driving circuit is given an instruction to start a rotation, if the fan motor rotates at a speed lower than a predetermined rotational speed, the drive circuit starts the fan motor by sequentially switching between a second state in which the rotor is fixed at an initial position, a third state in which the fan motor is forcibly and synchronously started, and a fourth state in which the fan motor is Hall-driven.

摘要： The magnetic pole position of the rotor is estimated with high accuracy at the initial start of a three-phase motor of the sensorless system. Semiconductor device for driving and controlling the three-phase motor of the sensorless system have a detector connected to the three-phase output nodes of the inverter circuit and the virtual neutral point (or neutral point), and detecting a voltage generated in the output node of the non-energized phase of the three-phase. Controller applies the initial drive voltage by the inverter circuit to any two phases of the three-phase motor based on the estimated position of the magnetic pole of the rotor in the stop state. Controller estimates the position of the rotor based on a difference voltage detected by the detector in a driving voltage applying period and a regeneration period immediately after or immediately before the driving voltage applying period.
