摘要： A sound emitting device includes a speaker box, a loudspeaker, a temperature sensor, a central processing unit and a signal amplifier. The speaker box includes a sound hole. The temperature sensor detects a temperature of the sound emitting device and generates a detection signal. The central processing unit pre-stores a default audio signal. When the central processing unit determines that the loudspeaker is in a standby state and the temperature of the sound emitting device exceeds a threshold value, the central processing unit issues the default audio signal. The signal amplifier is connected to and disposed between the central processing unit and the loudspeaker for amplifying the default audio signal and transmitting the amplified default audio signal to the loudspeaker. A vibration diaphragm of the loudspeaker undergoes a vibration action according to the amplified default audio signal.

摘要： An audio amplifier system is described herein, comprising: an amplifier adapted to amplify an audio signal and comprising an output enable/disable input, the amplifier further adapted to receive an output enable signal at the output enable/disable input that enables/disables an output of the amplifier; a Zobel network connected to the output of the audio amplifier and comprising a Zobel capacitor and a Zobel resistor arranged such that they form a high pass frequency filter function and wherein the Zobel network is adapted to be substantially resistive when a frequency of an audio signal output from the audio amplifier is within a first frequency range; a mirroring resistor connected in parallel to the Zobel resistor and adapted to mirror a power that is dissipated in the Zobel resistor, and wherein a printed circuit board upon which the mirroring resistor is located is adapted to conduct heat generated by the mirroring resistor; a negative temperature coefficient (NTC) resistor located in close proximity to the mirroring resistor to receive the conducted heat from the mirroring resistor and which is adapted to change its resistance in response to the transferred heat such that its resistance goes down as a temperature of the NTC resistor increases; and a circuit adapted to generate the output enable signal, wherein the circuit generates an output enable signal that enables the output of the amplifier when the temperature of the Zobel resistor is below a first temperature, and wherein the circuit generates an output enable signal that disables the output of the amplifier when the temperature of the Zobel resistor is substantially the same or above the first temperature.

摘要： An amplification system with an output driver stage for providing an output signal to acoustic output transducers such as speakers or haptic output devices removes signal distortion caused by output stage non-linearities by pre-distorting an input signal. The system includes the output driver stage, an input stage for receiving the input signal, and a processing block that receives the input signal and provides an output signal to the output driver stage. The processing block includes a pre-distortion circuit that applies a pre-distortion function to the input signal to generate the output signal if a signal level of the input signal is greater than a threshold amplitude, and if the signal level is less than or equal to the threshold amplitude, generates the output signal from the input signal by bypassing the pre-distortion circuit.

摘要： A microphone device, an interface circuit and method are provided for managing a potential difference in sensitivity to a detected environmental stimulus associated with a sensor arrangement, where multiple electrical signals forming a differential signal can be produced, and the multiple electrical signals can be better balanced. Such an interface circuit, which can be used within a microphone device includes a bias voltage generator having one or more bias output voltage terminals, where a respective one of one or more DC bias voltages is produced at each of the bias output voltage terminals, for being coupled to a pair of transduction elements of a sensor. The interface circuit further includes an amplifier circuit having a first input terminal coupled to a first one of the pair of output terminals of the sensor and having a second input terminal coupled to a second one of the pair of output terminals of the sensor, the amplifier circuit producing a differential output signal. The interface circuit still further includes a compensation circuit coupled to the amplifier circuit for producing a balance signal based on an output signal being produced by the amplifier circuit, wherein the balance signal compensates for any difference in amplitude in the first and second electrical signals that are received by the amplifier circuit from the sensor.
