摘要： A non-common-ground bandpass filter circuit with electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection is disclosed. The non-common-ground bandpass filter circuit with ESD protection includes a non-common-ground plane, a dielectric substrate and a conductor. The conductor is disposed above the non-common-ground plane. The dielectric substrate is disposed between the conductor and the non-common-ground plane. The non-common-ground plane at least has a first ground region and a second ground region separated and insulated from each other. The first ground region corresponds to a first terminal of the conductor and the second ground region corresponds to a second terminal of the conductor. When an ESD event occurs on one of the first ground region and the second ground region, the other of the first ground region and the second ground region will not be damaged by the ESD event. The non-common-ground bandpass filter circuit also provides surge protection.

摘要： The present invention relates to a protective ionizing laminate (PIL) static eliminating device that uses a wide variety of laminate materials to protect ionizing points that eliminate static. In an embodiment, the protective encasement is made from laminate and in others it is made from a substrate onto which of electrically conductive or static dissipative material is printed or placed. The present invention includes a plurality of electrically conductive or static dissipative material or microfibers, wherein the plurality of electrically conductive or static dissipative material or microfibers forms a pattern and a ground in communication with the electrically conductive or static dissipative microfibers or material. The laminate materials form an encasement or enclosure of the electrically conductive or static dissipative microfibers or material and at least a portion of the ground. The PIL of the present invention includes an edge or slit in the enclosure that exposes the plurality of electrically conductive or static dissipative material or microfibers at the edge or slit to create a series of ionizing points. When air between the ionizing points and charged material passes by or near the PIL static eliminating device, the PIL sufficiently removes or reduces static charge from the passing material.

摘要： An apparatus and a method for monitoring the relative relationship between the wafer and the chuck is provided, especially for monitoring whether the wafer is sticky on the chuck when the wafer is de-chucked. The lift pins may be extended outside the chuck to separate the wafer and the chuck when the wafer is de-chucked. By detecting the capacitance between the de-chucked wafer and the chuck, especially by comparing the detected capacitance with the capacitance that the wafer is held by the chuck, one may determine whether the wafer is sticky on the chuck, or even whether the wafer is properly supported by the lift pins. Accordingly, an early alarm may be issued if the wafer is sticky or improperly removed. Besides, by controlling a switch electrically connected to a lift pin that contacted the wafer, the charges at the wafer may be eliminated.
