摘要： A system and control method for embossed-in-register of a sheet is provided. The system comprises a printed film winding/releasing mechanism, a film laminating roller and a pattern roller, wherein the printed film is provided with first identifiers at intervals; the system further comprises: a camera configured to acquire an image of the printed film, an encoder configured to detect a rotation position of the pattern roller, and a control system; the control system comprises a storage unit, a data acquisition unit and a control unit; wherein, the control unit is configured to identify a position of an identifier based on the image of the printed film, identify a rotation position of the pattern roller based on information fed back by the encoder and generate a rotation control signal of the pattern roller based on a difference of position information of the identifier and position information of the pattern roller so as to adjust a rotation speed of the pattern roller. By using the EIR solution provided by the present application, the printed film is not required to be widened, and an existing structure and effective area of the printed film are effectively used, so that the universality of the printed film is improved, the outturn percentage may be guaranteed, and the production cost cay be reduced.

摘要： A screen printing apparatus moves a mask, inserted through an insertion opening, to a printing position at which paste is printed onto a substrate via a mask moving mechanism, and includes: a first detecting unit that detects one of a front frame component and a back frame component of the mask at a first detection position on a path along which the mask inserted through the insertion opening is moved to the printing position; a second detecting unit that detects one of the front frame component and the back frame component at a second detection position closer to the printing position than the first detecting position is; and a print suspension controller that suspends printing when the second detecting unit detects one of the front frame component and the back frame component while the first detecting unit is detecting one of the front frame component and the back frame component.

摘要： A screen printing system with positional alignment for aligning a substrate with a screen mask. The substrate and the screen mask have two registration holes for facilitating the positional alignment. The positional alignment method includes calculating alignment values for correcting the position of the substrate based on the determined offsets between the registration holes of the substrate and the screen mask. The position of the substrate is corrected based on the calculated alignment values so that registration holes of the substrate are vertically aligned with the registration holes of the screen mask.

Imaging light is taken in the camera in a state that the upper illuminating part and the lower illuminating part are individually operated in a mask imaging step and a board imaging step, respectively.

摘要： A dummy work (DW: a work for printing a reference necessary for subsequent printing) is moved to a printing position while the dummy work is fixed to a work alignment mechanism 2, and solder printing is made. The printed dummy work is then returned to the work alignment position and its image is taken by image processing cameras 7 and an image of position coordinates of a solder bump specified for alignment is stored. Positioning of subsequent works W is conducted on the basis of the image of the dummy work stored and solder printing of the works is subsequently made at the printing position.

摘要： A screen printing press is provided for printing on a web having defined, successive areas and indicia provided in predetermined positions relative to each of the defined areas. The press includes a base defining a work station, a screen supported on the base for movement between a printing position overlying the work station and an interrupted position, and a web handling assembly for advancing the web along a path of travel to successively feed the defined areas of the web toward the work station. A registration system successively positions the defined areas of the web in a desired predetermined relationship to the screen as successive defined areas are brought into a position to be printed. The registration system includes longitudinal, lateral and angular shifting mechanisms for adjusting the longitudinal, lateral and angular alignment between the screen and the web. Sensors are provided for sensing the correct positions and orientation of the indicia that are occupied when the defined areas of the web are in the predetermined relationship relative to the screen, and a controller is responsive to the sensors for controlling the longitudinal, lateral and angular shifting mechanisms to adjust the alignment between the screen and the web until the correct positions and orientation of the indicia are sensed.
