摘要： Elements of drop-stitch material are formed into different structures. In a platform, two legs support a horizontal platform. All are of drop-stitch material, which can be inflated to sufficient pressure for it to be rigid. Valves between the legs and platform allow air to flow between the legs and the platform. Another design is a luggage or cargo carrier for vehicles with a base, top and front walls formed of interconnected drop-stitch material. When the drop-stitch material is inflated, the material forms a cavity which receives luggage or other items. Sidewalls create an enclosed space, elements of the drop-stitch material can form other structures such as a truck shell with openings through the material to acts as windows or a door.

摘要： A hard-shell tent is secured to the top of a pickup truck or other suitable vehicle. The tent opens in a clamshell manner, and opens more than the standard 90 degrees, which gives this tent approximately 20% more usable space for occupants over the current designs. A unique hinge mechanism allows the tent to open approximately 110 degrees, which increases the usable area without increasing the footprint of the tent. The tent features a side slide/second folding section, and one or more internal shelves that fold into place automatically as the tent is opened.

摘要： An adjustable tent structure for use with and incorporation into the cargo bay sections of a range of vehicles or pickup trucks is disclosed. The tent structure elements include a plurality of flexible poles that, when assembled, form the tent skeletal structure; a tent cover section that is attached to the plurality of flexible poles and forms the tent structure. The adjustable entryway configuration of the tent structure allows for use within a wide variety of vehicle cargo bay sizes. Accordingly, the tent structure may be used in, and fit in smaller truck cargo bay, as well as a larger vehicle cargo bay, where the vehicle cargo bay has different lengths and/or widths. The tent structure has a plurality of tie-downs that may be attached, for stability of the tent structure, to the vehicle cargo bay, other vehicle structure, and/or to the ground surrounding the vehicle.
