摘要： A collapsible sun shelter that includes an arch support and a rollable flat mat that is configured to expand to include a canopy section and further includes a floor area portion, an upwardly deployable area portion at least two mat anchor points and at least two arch support openings. The rollable mat has an upwardly deployable area portion defined by an outer perimeter passing through at least one layer of the rollable flat mat such that the upwardly deployable area portion remains connected with the floor area portion when the upwardly deployable area portion is extended upwardly in a deployed configuration.

摘要： A method and a system for increasing the degree days in the immediate environment of fruit bearing vines for the cultivation of particular fruit bearing vines, such as non-rustic vinifera variety vines, in unfavourable climatic regions where the degree days is insufficient for the full maturity of the fruit, is described. Rows of the vines are protected in removable shelters which have a removable tarp cover disposed over a support frame structure to shield the rows of vines from the harsh, vine damaging, winter month temperatures while keeping the vines in a controlled temperature environment. Heated liquid circulation conduits are supported in the shelters at predetermined locations and provide controlled heat during the winter months to prevent the vines and the cordon bearing spuds of the vines from damaging cold temperatures. In the early spring the roots are activated early and the tarp is removed and a transparent film sheet covering is substituted to admit sunlight to help activate the vine early to gain degree days. The method and system is also applicable to semi-rustic or rustic wine producing grape vines grown in these climatic regions having degree days down to about 1200.

The canopy frame assembly has a housing, a release member connected to the housing, a canopy support extending through the housing, and a connector connected to the canopy support. The canopy support has a first stop adjacent a first end of the canopy support and a second stop adjacent a second end of the canopy support. The release member engages the canopy support at the first stop to maintain the canopy support in the first position, wherein the canopy support is retracted, and at the second stop to maintain the canopy support in the second position, wherein the canopy support is in the extended position.

An eave structure includes a sleeve member, first, second and third corner poles, and an eave pole. The sleeve member is coupled or formed with a first connector fixedly coupled with an upper end portion of a supporting pole. The first, second and third corner poles collectively form a substantially triangular pyramid when unfolded. The eave pole has a first end portion pivotally connected with the first or second corner pole and a second end portion slidably coupled with the sleeve member. The eave structures can be folded and unfolded together with the supporting poles, side pole units and the upper frame. When unfolded, the eave poles of the eave structures extend beyond the supporting poles.

摘要： Improvements in a retractable vehicle cover is disclosed. The cover can be sized and fabricated to provide protection to a number of different vehicles including cars, trucks, motorcycles and bicycles. The vehicle cover provides a fairly rigid shell to protect from objects falling on the cover and also to protect from snow loads. It uses a telescoping enclosure that retracts to occupy a small footprint when the vehicle is not in the cover. It may also include a side access door to allow a person to access the driver and or passenger door when the enclosure covers the vehicle. A power mechanism can extend and retract the cover. Seal not only protect from wind, snow, sand storm, extreme temperature or weather and rain, but also from rodents and insects that can accumulate in a vehicle if it is left unattended for a period of time.
