    • An internal combustion engine ignition device is provided for increasing the thermal efficiency of an internal combustion engine by increasing the spark length within the combustion chamber, wherein the spark can extend the width of the combustion chamber. The ignition device includes an ignition device housing to which a laser source is coupled. The laser source generates a laser beam capable of ionizing a fuel and/or an oxygen-containing gas used for combustion of the fuel in a combustion chamber. An electrical spark generator having a cathode electrode is coupled to the ignition device housing. The spark generator is configured for generating an electrical spark that emanates from the cathode within the combustion chamber and extends through the ionized fuel and/or ionized oxygen-containing gas, which may extend through the expanse of the combustion chamber, to a ground electrode within the combustion chamber to provide a more efficient and rapid fuel combustion within the combustion chamber.

    • An electrostatic air charging system that includes a primary electro-forming exciter (PEFE) having a plurality of tubes that define chambers that receive electrically conductive elements to electrostatically charge the air within an air intake assembly. The system further includes an electric conduit that directs low voltage current to the electrically conductive elements. The charging system further also includes a secondary electro-forming exciter (SEFE) within a positive crankcase ventilation system and connected to a ground within a vehicle. The SEFE includes a secondary tube that defines a secondary chamber having a secondary electrically conductive element disposed therein to electrostatically charge the particles within a positive crankcase ventilation system to provide greater combustion efficiency.

    • An automobile fuel pretreatment device includes an instantaneous constant-temperature heating device including a fuel tube which allows fuel to flow, a heating unit positioned on and heating an outside surface of the fuel tube, and two spring clamp boards enclosing and clamping the heating unit on the fuel tube. Each of the spring clamp boards has a locking hole formed adjacent to a first free end and a locking tab formed adjacent to a second free end. The locking tab of each of the spring clamp boards is received through the locking hole of the other one of the spring clamp boards to engage the first free end of the other one of the spring clamp boards. A magnetization combustion-enhancing device includes two permanent magnets located adjacent to the fuel tube to induce magnetization on the fuel flowing through the fuel tube.
