摘要： Methods and systems are provided for adapting a pressure to torque transfer function of a clutch of a dual clutch transmission. In one example, a method includes operating a first clutch of the dual clutch transmission at a selected capacity to change a speed of a first transmission input shaft to a desired speed, adjusting values of a torque transfer function of the first clutch based on a rate of the speed change, and maintaining driver demanded wheel torque during the adjusting via controlling torque output of an electric motor positioned in the driveline. In this way, the method may be used to adapt both positive and negative torque transfer functions.

摘要： An assembly for actuating a double-acting shift cylinder of a shift assembly of an automatic transmission of a motor vehicle includes a hydraulic fluid reservoir having a motor-driven hydraulic pump and two control valves that are each connected to a pressure supply line of the hydraulic pump and to a return line to the hydraulic fluid reservoir. The shift cylinder has two pressure chambers that are each connected to one of the control valves. The control valves each connect one pressure chamber of the shift cylinder to the pressure supply line of the hydraulic pump or to the return line to the hydraulic fluid reservoir. The actuating assembly includes at least one pressure-limiting valve that connects the pressure supply line to the return line if a hydraulic over-pressure is present. The control valves can be 3/2-directional valves having integrated pressure-limiting valves.

An upstream rotation holding mechanism is provided to hold in a required rotational position an upstream rotating member of the lost motion mechanism which is rotated by gear shift operation input through the intermittent feed mechanism. When a required level of gear shift operation is done, the gear shift device changes speed adequately, without continuing gear shift operation, and thus improves operability.

To automatically detect geometric characteristic values of the transmission system or of the shifting device a selector motor and a shift motor actuate a select or finger that is displaceably mounted in a selection-shift-passageway layout. Starting from an initial position whose coordinates within the selection-shift-passageway layout are unknown, the selector finger is displaced in the directions of shifting and in the directions of selection in order to detect paths of movement in the direction of selection or shifting. The selector finger is repeatedly displaced to establish the maximum paths of movement until the predetermined transmission geometric characteristic values are completely detected. Also disclosed are a control device for controlling a transmission system that includes a shift mechanism, and a method for controlling such a transmission system.

摘要： A bleed-type proportional electromagnetic valve having an input port, output port, and ejection port is disclosed. Fluid force and pressing force, proportionate to an output pressure and a current flowing in a solenoid coil respectively, act on a bleed valve for controlling the output pressure, whereby the valve can obtain an output pressure commensurate to the flowing current by displacing the valve to a position that those forces counterbalance, wherein the valve is provided with a stop valve disposed so as to be in sliding contact with a passage between the input and output port, and in contact with or separated from a valve seat. This enable the stop valve to contact with the valve seat so as to close the input port and communicate the output port with the ejection port when controlling the output pressure to be minimum.
