摘要： Embodiments provide a combustion structure that can achieve stable combustion by addressing the aforementioned drawbacks in the prior art such as low flame stability, backfire, deflagration, blockage and/or any other drawbacks. The combustion chamber structure in accordance with the disclosure can include: a grate structure including a first set of elongated components, a fire retention structure including a second set of elongated components. The first set of first elongated components can be arranged along an axial direction within the combustion chamber structure. The second set of elongated components can be arranged along the axial direction in a same direction as the first elongated components. The second set of elongated components can be configured to generate a negative pressure zone within the combustion chamber. The first set of elongated components can form apertures that can be aligned with apertures formed by the second set of elongated components.

摘要： A torch includes a body, a fuel tank and a microjet burner. The torch also includes an ignition button that is movable relative to the body between an upper position and a depressed position, and a cap assembly, which includes a lower cap and a safety cap rotatably coupled with the lower cap. The safety cap includes an ignition button guard, defines a flame portal, and is rotatable between a closed position and an armed position. When the safety cap is in the closed position, the ignition button guard is aligned with the ignition button and inhibits access to the ignition button, and the safety cap covers the microjet burner. When the safety cap is in the armed position, the flame portal is aligned with the microjet burner, and the ignition button guard is misaligned with the ignition button, and access to the ignition button is unobstructed.

摘要： Combustion burner panels, submerged combustion melters including one or more of the panels, and methods of using the same are disclosed. In certain embodiments, the burner panel includes a panel body having a first major surface defined by a lower fluid-cooled portion of the panel body, and a second major surface defined by an upper non-fluid cooled portion of the panel body. The panel body has at least one through passage extending from the first to the second major surface, the through passages accommodating a set of substantially concentric inner and outer conduits. The inner conduit forms a primary passage for fuel or oxidant, and the outer conduit forms a secondary passage between the outer conduit and the inner conduit for fuel or oxidant. A protective member is associated with each set. The burner panels promote burner life and melter campaign length.

In particular, an igniter can include: a nozzle section which emits a flame; a fuel introduction section; an ignition section which ignites the introduced fuel, wherein the ignition section is configured in such a manner that the fuel is ignited by movement of an ignition operating section to an ignition position; a movement restricting section having restricting sections which restrict the movement of the ignition operating section; and a permitting section which permits movement. When moving the movement restricting section, either the restricting sections or the permitting section can be disposed so as to correspond to the direction of movement of the ignition operating section.
