摘要： Aspects of the present disclosure include branching fluid passages in an apparatus that reduce turbulent flow and generate evenly distributed fluid pressure as the fluids branch off into the different passages. In some embodiments, the branching passages may be subdivided into two sets: the branching passages for the liquid fuel and the branching passages for the liquid oxidizer. In some embodiments, the two sets of passages are carefully designed in an elegant yet extremely intricate manner that is optimized for proper fluid flow and maximal burn efficiency. The ends of all of the passages meet at the injector interface, which dispense the liquids into the combustion chamber for ignition. Generally, these designs are achieved through additive manufacturing, and would be extremely difficult, if not impossible, to be manufactured using traditional techniques.

摘要： Fluid-cooled impingement burners have an external conduit and a first internal conduit substantially concentric therewith forming a first annulus for passing a cooling fluid. A second internal conduit forms a second annulus between the first and second internal conduits. A burner tip body defined by an inner wall, an outer wall, and a half-toroid crown, the inner wall connected to the first internal conduit, the outer wall connected to the external conduit, the inner wall defining a central flow passage for a combustible mixture. A third internal conduit generally concentric with the external conduit and positioned between the external and the first internal conduits, a first end of the third internal conduit extending into but not connecting with the half-toroid crown. A first end of the second internal conduit recessed is below the half-toroid crown, and the position of the first ends of the second and third internal conduits delay combustion of fuel with the oxidant.

摘要： The present invention relates to a process and a facility for the continuous vitrification treatment of fibrous materials, and in particular of asbestos and/or of asbestos-containing materials.According to the invention, this process comprises the following steps: a bath of molten glass at a temperature of 1300° C. to 1600° C. is prepared; introduced into said bath of molten glass are said fibrous materials and optionally melting additives chosen so that said bath has, after addition of these fibrous materials and melting additives, the following composition: SiO2: between 30% and 55% by weight; FeO: between 25% and 45% by weight; alkali and alkaline-earth metal oxides: between 15% and 25% by weight; an oxidizer and a fuel are injected under pressure into said molten bath by means of at least one lance, one end of which is immersed in said bath; said oxidizer being introduced in a molar amount greater than or equal to the molar amount of fuel needed to maintain the temperature of the bath between 1300° C. and 1600° C.; and the temperature of at least one portion of the molten glass is lowered so as to render it solid.

摘要： A high efficiency natural draft gas burner that uses a plate attached to the burner tube to block secondary air from being introduced into a firetube or confined space vessel, ensuring that only inspired air nearly homogenously mixed with fuel is ignited at the burner tip. The venturi may be sized and shaped to ensure proper mixing of the inspired air and fuel, thus reducing emissions. This proper mixing combined with the lack of secondary air may reduce the fuel consumption and CO2 emissions of the burner by as much as 75%.

At the time, the source material gas to be supplied to the burner 22 is a siloxane, the burner 22 is heated so that temperature of the burner 22 falls within the range of from −30° C. to +30° C. relative to the boiling point of the siloxane, and also temperature of the supplying pipe is controlled within the range of from the boiling point of the siloxane to the boiling point plus 30° C.
