摘要： The present invention relates to an optoelectronic sensor used with light curtains for monitoring a sensing field. The optoelectronic sensor includes at least one optical unit having at least one radiation emitting element and at least one radiation receiving element and a control unit for processing an output signal generated by said radiation receiving element and for generating a defined sensor signal based on the output signal. The optical unit has a diagnostic unit including a monitoring unit operable to monitor at least one parameter indicative of an operational status of the optical unit. The diagnostic unit includes a processing unit operable to generate a communication signal indicative of said operational status, and the diagnostic unit is arranged in a separately housed, detachable plug-in module. The processing unit comprises a wireless communication interface for wirelessly receiving and transmitting communication signals.

摘要： Systems for determining motion characteristics of a sports object. In an embodiment, the system comprises a light grid structure and a processor. The light grid structure comprises a frame and light-source assemblies and photo-detector assemblies. Each of the light-source assemblies and photo-detector assemblies is mounted on the frame such that each light-source assembly is on an opposite side of the frame than a corresponding photo-detector assembly, and each light-source assembly emits a light beam which is detected by its corresponding photo-detector assembly. The processor receives data that is based on outputs of the photo-detector assemblies. The data indicates light beam(s) which have been interrupted. Based on the data, the processor determines motion characteristic(s) of an object which interrupted the light beam(s), including an angle of incidence.

摘要： A detection processing unit determines, in a detection area including optical axes formed between emitter elements and receiver elements, whether each optical axis is in an interrupted state after optical axis selection corresponding to one scan, and outputs a detection signal based on the determination result. When at least one of the optical axes is constantly interrupted by an object movable within the detection area, the detection processing unit outputs the detection signal upon determining that the number of optical axes in an interrupted state is greater than a preset maximum optical axis number, and also outputs the detection signal upon determining that the number of optical axes in an interrupted state is smaller than a preset minimum optical axis number.

A common cathode contact may be coupled to the cathode contacts of the array to define a first connection lead at a back side of the array. A common anode collecting grid contact may be coupled to the anode contacts of the array to define a second connection lead of the array. Circuitry may be coupled with the first and second connection leads and configured to sense at least one of a dark current and a rate of current spikes generated in dark conditions, and generate an output signal representing an estimated distance of an object from the array upon the sensing.
