    • Actinic radiation curable composition suitable for use in coating electronic components and as a printing ink comprising as the essential components:(a) a monomer selected from the group consisting of monofunctional vinyl monomers and multifunctional vinyl monomers; or(b) a prepolymer selected from the group consisting of monofunctional vinyl polymers and multifunctional vinyl polymers;(c) a photoinitiator;(d) at least one filler; and(e) at least one surface active agent having a molecular weight greater than or equal to about 227;wherein one of the surface active agent or the filler has a pH greater than or equal to 7 and the other of the surface active agent or the filler has a pH less than or equal to 7 such that dispersion of the filler in the composition is enhanced and relative high loading of filler in the composition is obtainable;(f) or at least two surface active agents having a molecular weight greater than or equal to about 227 wherein one of the surface active agents has a pH greater than or equal to 7 and the other surface active agent has a pH less than or equal to 7 wherein the basic surface active agent is used to disperse fillers whose pH is less than or equal to 7 and the acidic surface active agent is used to disperse fillers whose pH is greater than or equal to 7 such that dispersion of the fillers in the composition are enhanced, and relative high loading of fillers in the composition is obtainable.

    • An overvoltage protection element is disclosed that includes a housing, connections for electrically connecting the overvoltage protection element to a current path or a signal path to be protected The overvoltage protection element further includes two varistors arranged inside the housing and electrically connected in parallel, and a center electrode arranged at least partially between the varistors. The housing has two housing halves made of metal and electrically connected to each other, wherein the center electrode is isolated from the housing halves and is electrically connected at the opposite sides of the electrode to a first connection area of a varistor and wherein the two varistors and the center electrode are sandwiched between the two housing halves.     • A motor start relay (100) comprises a positive temperature PTC thermistor, a PTC case 400 of heat resistant resin for receiving the PTC thermistor horizontally, first and second contact/terminals (500, 560) each having contacts electrically engaged with a respective electrode surface of the PTC thermistor in the PTC case (400), a housing (200) receiving the PTC case (400) and a cover (300) attached on the housing (200). FIG. 9 shows the failsafe mechanism of the present invention. In case of a crack occurring in the PTC thermistor, thermistor portion PTC1 is rotated by spring contact (510) with a force F1, and thermistor portion PTC2 is pushed by spring contact (570) at the reverse direction and is dropped through an opening of the PTC case (400).
