Each interlocking arrangement includes a locking tab (140) that is received in a locking slit (160), and lateral motion between the locking tab and the locking slit is restrained using an alignment tab (142) and an alignment receptacle (164) that interlock to fix their relative positions securely. The locking arrangement is achieved without folding the elements in different directions during the interlocking process.
