摘要： PURPOSE:To evaluate the support degree, etc., of stockings by fitting and fixing left or right of the stockings to the pattern frame of a leg shape and subsequently measur ing compression forces at the ankle part, the leg part and the thigh part of the pattern frame. CONSTITUTION:The tiptoe of the ankle part 4 of a pattern frame 3 having a wholly- leg-like shape and produced of sheets having a static friction coefficient of 0.70-3.0 between the pattern frame and a stocking fabric 30 is pressed down to straighten the ankle part 4 to the leg part 5. In such state, a stocking 30 is fit on the straightened patterned frame, and the opening edge of the stocking 30 is nipped and fixed with a clip 14. The ankle part is returned to the original position. A measurer 21 is slit along a rail 15 and stopped successively at the ankle part 4, the leg part 5 and the thigh part 7. A detector 19 is brought into contact with the stocking 30 to measure the compression forces at these parts. A stocking generating neither creases nor saggings on the rear surface of knee part when the ankle part 4 is bent from the leg 5 or on the back side of the knee part when the thigh part 7 is bent from the leg part 5 at a prescribed angle, is used as a specimen.

The upper opening parts of products 9 such as stocking, tights or the like are manually lead to the position of a form in a stationary state in which two mobile thin plates 6, 7 are overlapped to the front of fixed type thin plates 4, 5, compressed air is blown from the row of inclined bores 8 to form an air-curtain, the products are transferred from lower to upper, the mobile plates 6, 7 are moved in lateral direction to open the form to brought about the ready right-check of the product. The products 9 fall down by the gravity by draw backing the thin plates 6, 7 to the starting position after the sight-check.
