摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a powder from flying up when the powder is filled, and prevent an environmental contamination from occurring due to the swirl up of the powder by forming a large number of protuberance form openings which have air permeability and protrude to the inside, in a packaging bag in which a power of activated charcoal, iron powder, paulownia ash, zeolite, a highly moisture-absorbent polymer or the like is filled. SOLUTION: When a perforated film 17 having protuberance form openings 16 is manufactured, a resin film 13 is placed on a porous cylinder 12 made of a metal on which a large number of openings 11 are provided, and after heating the resin film 13 to a temperature of the resin softening point or higher, the resin film 13 is vacuumized by a negative pressure from the rear surface side of the porous cylinder 12 made of the metal, and the resin film 13 at the opening sections is sucked to the rear surface side of the porous cylinder 12 made of the metal. Also, on such a perforated film 17, a paper, a fabric or a perforated film 18 on which fine pores are formed, is affixed and laminated, and a composite sheet 28 of a two layer or three layer structure is formed. By this constitution, the strength is improved, and a powder is prevented from leaking out, and at the same time, the air permeability can be increased/decreased depending on a purpose.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deep drawing type packaging machine which surely forms a space between an upper film and a lower film to form a pinching part. SOLUTION: The deep drawing type packaging machine forms a pocket part on the hard lower film, covers the soft upper film on the lower film having a packaging object inserted in a pocket part thereof, sealing predetermined parts of both films as well as leaving parts of both films not sealed to form a pinching part, laterally cutting sealed parts of both films by a lateral cutting means, and further cutting in the transfer direction to make an individual package. A folding device 20 to fold the pinching part T is provided at the downstream side of the lateral cutting means. In the folding device, the films 11 and 16 are pinched with a pressing member 22 and a receiving member 23, and a forcing member 21 forces the pinching part to fold the pinching part. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the embossing carrier tape includes a step of bringing a base resin tape made of a thermoplastic resin into contact with a side face of a rotary mold to continuously vacuum-mold embosses. In this method, the embossed carrier tape having the embosses formed is once separated from a wall surface of a recessed molding mold on the side face of the rotary mold by leading it from the side face in the tangential direction when releasing the tape from the mold. Then, the tape is guided along a surface from the tangential surface to a surface toward the rotary mold, and the embosses of the tape are removed from the recessed molding mold.
