    • PURPOSE: Transgenic cloned cow producing human erythropoietin and a method for producing the same transgenic cloned cow are provided, which method allows economic and effective production of various biomedicines, and facilitates production of human erythropoietin in cow's milk. CONSTITUTION: The nuclear transfer embryo produced by a fusion of a cow-derived enucleated oocyte with a nucleus of a cow-derived somatic cell transfected with a gene encoding human erythropoietin is provided, wherein the cow is an adult; the nuclear transfer embryo is SNU-B4(KCTC 10450BP). The method for producing a transgenic cloned cow expressing human erythropoietin in the mammary gland comprises the steps of: (a) introducing a gene encoding human erythropoietin into a cow-derived somatic cell line to prepare a nuclear donor cell; (b) removing cumulus cells surrounding a recipient oocyte and then the cytoplasm including the first polar body from the oocyte to prepare a cow-derived enucleated recipient oocyte; (c) transferring the transfected nuclear donor cell into the enucleated recipient oocyte and carrying out cell fusion to generate nuclear transfer embryos; and (d) transplanting the nuclear transfer embryo into a surrogate mother cow to produce live offspring.

    • PURPOSE: An intelligent earth leakage breaker apparatus is provided to achieve in-advance prevention against accident caused due to electric leakage, by compulsorily cutting off the power being supplied to the load upon detection of electric leakage. CONSTITUTION: An intelligent earth leakage breaker apparatus comprises a zero-current transition mounted on a power line connected to a load so as to detect the grounding current flowing along the power line; a controller IC for amplifying the grounding current detected by the zero-current transition, judging the electric leakage of the load by comparing the amplified grounding current with a preset reference level, and controlling SCR, LED and voice generating IC if it is judged as an electric leakage; a trip coil which is excited being interlocked with the SCR and compulsorily cutting off the power being supplied to the load upon occurrence of electric leakage; an LED which turns on by the control of the controller IC upon occurrence of electric leakage and displaying electric leakage state; and a voice generator IC which operates by the control of the controller IC upon occurrence of electric leakage and outputting voices for informing electric leakage state through a speaker.
