Eine Abweichung des Drehverhaltens des Elektromotors (2) kann beispielsweise eine Umkehrung der Drehrichtung, Änderung der Drehzahl, zeitliche Änderung der Drehzahl oder eine zeitliche Änderung der Drehrichtung des Elektromotors bedeuten.

In order to release said internal vibrator from a deadlock, an operating mode modification device enables it to operate in a liberation mode wherein the rotary behaviour of the electric motor (2) differs from the normal operation mode thereof. The deviation of the rotary behaviour of the electric motor (2) displays, for example the reversion of the rotation direction and the speed thereof and the temporal modification of the speed of rotation or the rotation direction of said electric motor.
