To combat weeds in soybean crops consisting of tolerant or resistant mutants or transgenic soybean plants, herbicide combinations (A)+(B) can be used, possibly in the presence of safeners, which contain an active quantity of (A) broad-spectrum herbicides from the group of (A1) glufosinates, their salts and related compounds, (A2) glyphosates, their salts and related compounds such as sulfosates, (A3) imidazolinones such as imazethapyr, imazapyr, imazaquine, imazamox or their salts and (A4) herbicidal azoles from the group of the protoporphyrinogen-oxidase inhibitors (PPO inhibitors); and (B) one or more herbicides from the group of (B0) one or more structurally different herbicides from the above group (A) and/or (B1) leaf-effective and/or soil-effective (residually active) herbicides which are selectively active in soybean against monocotyledonous and primarily dicotyledonous weeds, or (B2) herbicides selectively active in soybean against dicotyledonous weeds or (B3) leaf- and/or soil-effective herbicides selectively active in soybean against monocotyledonous weeds or (B4) leaf-effective herbicides selectively active in soybean against monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous weeds, or (B5) non-selective herbicides, such as paraquat (salts), which can be used for specific purposes in soybean, or herbicides from several of the groups (B0) to (B5). Said soybean crops are tolerant to the herbicides (A) and (B) contained in the combination, possibly in the presence of safeners.

본발명은상승작용을갖는제초제혼합물에관한것으로, 더욱자세하게는다이쿼트디브로마이드(diquat dibromide)와비선택성제초제를포함하는상승작용적제초제혼합물; 상기제초제혼합물을유효성분으로포함하는제초제조성물; 및이를이용한잡초의방제방법에관한것이다. 본발명의제초제혼합물은다이쿼트디브로마이드(diquat dibromide)와글루포시네이트암모늄(glufosinate ammonium)을특정비율로배합되는특징을가지며, 이러한특징에따라다양한잡초및 식물에서의 80% 이상의제초효과, 30일이상지속되는제초제활성과더불어평균 54시~78시간(약 2~3일) 내의빠른제초활성을보임에따라, 이들다이쿼트디브로마이드와글루포시네이트암모늄각각을개별적으로사용한단제의경우와비교하여기대할수 없었던사용상의상승작용효과가우수한이점을갖는다. 특히, 다이쿼트디브로마이드와글루포시네이트암모늄은서로작용하는기작의차이로인해, 다이쿼트디브로마이드에의한처리후 2~3일내 신속한약효발현과더불어글루포시네이트암모늄에의한햇볕이들지않는음지쪽의잡초제거가동시에가능하다. 또한, 이들합제의경우약효지속기간도 30일이상지속되는효과를가짐에따라, 1회방제로장기간제초제사용을하지않아도됨으로써농약사용량을줄여주는효과도갖는다.

A potato plant with multiple resistances against herbicides is transformed by the expression vector and does not include an antibiotic-marker gene. A method for preparing the potato plant comprises the steps of: (a) preparing the expression vector; (b) transforming Agrobacterium to obtain a transgenic Agrobacterium; (c) co-culturing the transgenic Agrobacterium with a tissue of the potato plant; and (d) after selecting a transformed shoot from the co-cultured potato plant tissue, elongating the shoot to induce roots.

Aqueous compositions containing (i.) a salt of the formula: R1COOnullXnullnullnull(I) wherein R1 is a C7 to C11 hydrocarbyl group and X is ammonium (NH4null); and a (ii.) a diester of the formula: ROOC(CHR2)nCOORnullnullnull(II) wherein R and Rnull are independently selected from a C1 to C8 alkyl group, R2 is hydrogen or a C1-C3 alkyl group, and n is from 4 to 12 are highly effective as non-selective herbicides. In a preferred mode, the diesters are soluble in water saturated solutions containing the ammonium salt. The resulting composition can be diluted with water to render a stable emulsion which may be applied as a non-selective herbicide.

PURPOSE: To provide the titled herbicide having extremely high herbicidal activity at a low application rate, safe to the crops such as cotton, soybeans, etc., and giving very low phytotoxicity esp. to beet, by using 2,6-dimethyl-N-(2'-thiazolylmethyl) chloroacetanilide as an active component. CONSTITUTION: A selective acetanilide herbicide containing 2,6-dimethyl-N-(2'- thiazolymethyl)-chloroacetainilide as an active component. The compound can be prepared easily by reacting 2-chloromethylthiazole with 2,6-dimethylaniline, and then reacting the resultant compound with monochloroacetyl chloride by conventional method. The herbicidal agent has remarkably improved herbicidal activity aginst gramineus weeds such as cockspur-grass, large crab-grass, etc., broad-leaved weeds such as smooth pigweed, cocklebur, etc., and cyperaceous weeds.
