2 PACKAGING MACHINE SYSTEM FOR FILLING PRIMARY AND SECONDARY PRODUCTS INTO A CONTAINER PCT/US1995011467 1995-09-11 WO1996009957A2 1996-04-04 TETRA LAVAL HOLDINGS & FINANCE S.A.
A fill system for use in a packaging machine is disclosed for filling a container with a primary and a secondary product. The fill system includes a primary pump system for pumping a predetermined amount of the primary product received at an inlet thereof to an outlet thereof. A primary fill pipe having an outlet overlying a container processing path along which the containers are filled and sealed by the packaging machine is connected to receive the predetermined amount of primary product from the outlet of the primary pump system. The container processing path lies generally perpendicular to the primary fill pipe. A nozzle is connected at the outlet of the fill pipe. The fill system further includes a secondary pump system for pumping a predetermined amount of the secondary product received at an inlet thereof to an outlet thereof. A secondary fill pipe is connected to receive the predetermined amount of secondary product from the outlet of the secondary pump means. The secondary fill pipe is concentrically disposed in the primary fill pipe and has an outlet that likewise overlies the container processing path. A valve mechanism is disposed, for example, concentrically within the secondary fill pipe and includes a sealing number positioned at the outlet of the secondary fill pipe. The sealing member is operable to control the flow of the secondary product from the secondary fill pipe. Operation of the fill system may be user controlled by a user interface and control system.

A fill system for use in a packaging machine is disclosed for filling a container with a primary and a secondary product. The fill system includes a primary pump system (80) for pumping a predetermined amount of the primary product received at an inlet thereof to an outlet thereof. A primary fill pipe (180) having an outlet overlying a container processing path (45, 50) along which the containers are filled and sealed by the packaging machine is connected to receive the predetermined amount of primary product from the outlet of the primary pump system. The container processing path lies generally perpendicular to the primary fill pipe. A nozzle (200) is connected at the outlet of the fill pipe. The fill system further includes a secondary pump system (100) for pumping a predetermined amount of the secondary product received at an inlet thereof to an outlet thereof. A secondary fill pipe (185) is connected to receive the predetermined amount of secondary product from the outlet of the secondary pump means. The secondary fill pipe is concentrically disposed in the primary fill pipe and has an outlet that likewise overlies the container processing path. A valve mechanism (215) is disposed, for example, concentrically within the secondary fill pipe and includes a sealing member positioned at the outlet of the secondary fill pipe. The sealing member is operable to control the flow of the secondary product from the secondary fill pipe. Operation of the fill system may be user controlled by a user interface and control system.
4 METHOD FOR AUTHENTICATING CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN PRIMARY AND SECONDARY PACKAGES OF A PRODUCT PCT/FR2001/003466 2001-11-08 WO02039413A1 2002-05-16
The invention concerns a primary package, designed to contain a product, provided with a label bearing or constituting the brand of the product, while the secondary package, designed to contain the primary package, comprises a code mark (5), called main mark, which enables its identification when the product is sold. The invention is characterised in that it consists in affixing in said label another mark, called auxiliary mark, designed to individualise the product contained in the primary package, said auxiliary mark, which corresponds to another code (6), written in very small characters, being naturally illegible, but legible with a reading appliance specially adapted therefor, the codes (5, 6) are related in a one-to-one relationship, being input on the packaging chain itself in a computer database (8), such that their comparison enables to verify whether the two packages match properly. Said method enables to control and monitor the routing of a product, in particular a luxury product, from the packaging site to the sale outlet.
5 Method for authenticating correspondence between primary and secondary packages of a product US10415664 2003-10-20 US20040051298A1 2004-03-18 Pierre Corbobesse; Claude Trapletti
The primary package for containing the product is provided with a label carrying or constituting the trademark of the product, while the secondary package for containing the primary package includes a nullmainnull coded mark (5) enabling it to be identified at the time of sale. In accordance with the invention, another mark referred to as an nullauxiliarynull mark is applied to said label for the purpose of individualizing the product contained in the primary package, this auxiliary mark, which corresponds to another code (6), being written in very small characters that are not naturally readable but that can be read by means of a reader device specially adapted for this purpose, the codes (5, 6) being related by a one-to-one relationship, and being input into a computer database (8) on the packaging line itself so that by comparing the marks it is possible to verify whether the two packages do indeed correspond. The method makes it possible to control and monitor the path followed by a product, in particular a luxury product, from its packaging site to its point of sale.
6 METHOD FOR FRACKING WELLS USING A PACKER TO FORM PRIMARY AND SECONDARY FRACS AND SEAL INTERVALS FOR HYDRUALIC FRACTURING US14505562 2014-10-03 US20150021032A1 2015-01-22 HENRY A. BASKI
A method for fracking and completing a well (10) having a well bore (12) through a formation (14) includes the steps of: packer jack fracking the formation using a packer (22) to form a packer fractured formation (28), moving the packer (22) to seal the packer fractured formation (28), and hydraulically fracturing the packer fractured formation (28) by injecting a fracking fluid (30) through the packer (22). These steps can then be repeated through successive intervals (I1, I2) of the formation (14). To complete a new well, a perforated liner (16) can be placed in the well bore (12) to direct the fracking fluid (30) into the packer fractured formation (28). To complete an existing or a new well having a cemented liner (58), the packer jack fracking step can also be used to break apart the liner (58) and form at least one opening (64) to provide a flow path for the fracking fluid (30). A system (54) includes a perforated liner (16) having pre-formed openings (18) and a packer (22) in the perforated liner (16) configured to fracture and seal successive intervals (I1, I2) in the formation (28).
