199 PARTITION FOR BOTTLE CONTAINER JP25669295 1995-08-29 JPH0966967A 1997-03-11 ITO YOSHINORI
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition used for a bottle container which greatly shortens the time required for packaging preprocessing and makes it efficient, is easy to process and costs less, has good cushioning characteristics, and improves efficiency in bottle- container transportation/storage, by providing a bottle storage part in such a way that a pair of upper face, a pair of ridges, and a pair of side walls are connected with each other on both sides of a bottle storage part, one on each side, and it is folded to set up the partition. SOLUTION: In a left bottle storage part El, a left inclination wall 2l and right inclination wall 2r are set in inclined positions with a middle line 1 between them. Upper faces 3l and 3r, each having a shape similar to the main part and shoulder part of a bottle, are connected with the upper ends from the vicinity of the middle of the upper edge of each of the inclined walls 2l and 2r. Ridges 4l and 4r are pralelly and horizontally provided downward from the vicinity of the middle of the upper edge of each of the inclined walls 2l and 2r, and a side wall is vertically provided from the ridge 41. This side wall 2l extends upward as well and is connected with the left edge of the upper face 3l. By folding the hard sheet along scores to set up a partition and by simply inserting it into an outer box as a container main body, it is completed as a container which is stable in the outer box 4 by means of the lateral opening face of the partition.
