67 CONSTRUCTION FOR ATTACHING PRESSURE INDICATOR JP2000016626 2000-01-26 JP2001208636A 2001-08-03 HASEGAWA JUNICHI
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction for attaching a pressure indicator capable of easily fixing it at a predetermined direction without using flat packings different in thickness by providing a certain range for the fixed position that causes no pressure leakage. SOLUTION: The construction for attaching the pressure indicator comprises an attachment part 5 of a pressure indicator 4 threadedly attached into a screw hole 3 in a member to be attached, and a spring 7 being stored in a bottom of the screw hole 3 for pressing the attachment part 5 to the direction opposite to screwing.
68 INDICATING PRESSURE GAGE STRUCTURE IN ACCUMULATOR EXTINGUISHING EQUIPMENT JP28630698 1998-10-08 JP2000107312A 2000-04-18 TAMURA KOICHI
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To totally minimize and simplify an equipment and to prevent the leakage from a mounting threaded shaft part of an indicating pressure gage to improve the reliability by integrally burying the function of an indicating pressure gage in a starting part or the like of an accumulator extinguishing equipment for preventing the indicating pressure gage from projecting. SOLUTION: A concave part 2 for burying a pressure gage, is formed on a side surface of a valve case 1 as a starting part of a fire extinguisher, and the concave part 2 is communicated with a valve case 1 through a communication port 3. A pressure detecting part 4 is disposed in the recessed part 2 for detecting the pressure input from the communication port 3, and a cover 5 is fitted to close the concave part 2 to cover the pressure detecting part 4. By integrally burying the pressure detecting part 4 as the indicating pressure gage, in the valve case 1, the indicating pressure gage can be prevented from projecting, and a mounting threaded shaft which causes the leakage of the indicating pressure gage becomes unnecessary, Accordingly, the equipment can be totally minimized and simplified, and the leakage from the mounting threaded shaft can be prevented.
69 POINTER ROTATION TYPE PRESSURE GAUGE JP35423497 1997-12-24 JPH11183293A 1999-07-09 MINE NOBUYUKI
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make remotely easily conformable whether a pressure value indicat ed by a needle falls within an allowable range or not. SOLUTION: A plurality of display units 4a to 4d partitioned by colors are formed in a proper place on a dial 1. An opaque rotary plate 5 rotating together with the needle 3 is fixed to a rotary shaft 3a of the needle 3. And, a window hole 6 for visually recognizing any of the units 4a to 4d at the time of indicating a plurality of pressure areas predetermined by the needle 3 is provided in a proper place on the plate 5.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect easily and promptly whether an output voltage of a pressure sensor is proper or not by adding to a pressure sensor scales converting a pressure to a voltage. SOLUTION: In inspecting an output voltage of a high-pressure pressure sensor of a freezing unit, the freezing unit is driven and the output voltage of the high-pressure pressure sensor is measured by an ammeter. Then, a high- pressure connection tool 3 is connected to a high-pressure port of a high-pressure cooling medium circuit to switch a gauge manifold 10 into a driving state display mode. In consequence, an indicator 1a of a pressure sensor 1 turns. A pressure is read from a pressure scale 1c corresponding to an angular position of the indicator and a voltage is read from a voltage scale 1d. The read voltage is compared with the voltage measured by the ammeter beforehand, thereby to determine whether or not the output voltage of the high-pressure pressure sensor is proper. In order to inspect a low-pressure pressure sensor of the freezing unit, a low-pressure connection tool is connected to a low-pressure port and the voltage is read from a voltage scale 2d of a pressure sensor 2.
