摘要	A compliant doctoring cup (12) particularly suited for inking non-flat plates (14), includes a body (18, 20, 22) defining a cavity for containing ink, and a blade (16) with two free ends (19, 19') coupled to the body along a periphery of the cavity. The body of the cup (12) defines a channel (19) generally along the periphery of the cavity, and the blade (16) is positioned with the channel (19). A resilient member, for example, a liner (18) interfaces the blade (16) to the body of the cup (12). The liner (18) contains the ink and defines the channel (19).
