摘要	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for offset printing capable of highly minutely printing by assuring a film thickness of a printing pattern or stable shape by sufficiently filling an ink amount in a recess pattern, and a method for manufacturing a planar image forming apparatus having a high minuteness and a large area. SOLUTION: An intaglio 105 having a depth of a recess pattern 1 of 5 μm or above is used, and inking and doctoring are repeated at least twice or above. Element electrodes are formed by this offset printing method. Before next inking and doctoring, it is desired to emit the intaglio 105 is by an infrared lamp 5 to semi-dry a surface of the ink in the intaglio.
