摘要	PURPOSE:To suppress deposition of drying of an effective area and particularly dry residue of ink in a cell by providing a state that ink is filled in an enclosure for surrounding all effective area of a printing plate, and then moving the enclosure while sliding it out of the effective area. CONSTITUTION:An ink supplying unit 10 has a cylindrical ink cup 11 without bottom, a doctor 12 and an upper cover 13 on a part in contact with an intaglio 7, and is brought into pressure contact with the intaglio by an air cylinder 14 through a spring 15. The intaglio 7 is moved in a direction of an arrow while the cut 11 is loaded, ink is filled only in a pattern cell in an exposed part of a pattern of the intaglio, and no ink is retained on the surface of the intaglio. After the ink of the cell is transferred to a blanket, the cup 11 is disposed on the pattern of the intaglio 10. Then, the cell can be covered with the ink.
