摘要	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel ink removing/supplying method capable of certainly removing the ink on a doctor blade without generating a problem such as dripping or the like to again use the removed ink in printing without wasting the same, and an apparatus for executing the same. SOLUTION: In an ink removing/supplying method, the ink 6 scraped off from the surface of an intaglio 5 by a doctor blade 41 is transferred to a rotary ink holding roller 12 and subsequently supplied to the intaglio 5 after printing by the ink holding roller 12. The apparatus for executing this method is constituted so as to move the ink holding roller 12 and the rotary drive means 2 for rotating the same to the doctor blade 41 and the intaglio 5 by a roller moving means 3.
