The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a tuyere sleeve of a blast furnace by utilizing a ceramic phase, which comprises the steps as follows: (1) the sleeve at the front end of a tuyere is prepared by adopting a jolt-packing and cold isostatic compaction method, the thickness is 2 to 5mm, the sleeve is divided into sections, and the clearance between two sections is 1mm; (2) the jointing part between a tuyere small-sleeve and an alumina tuyere sleeve is thinner 3 to 6mm; (3) the alumina sleeve is cleaned in an ultrasonic wave cleaner for 20 to 50 minutes; (4) the outside surface of the tuyere small-sleeve is washed for 2 to 5 seconds by using a sodium hydroxide solution of 100 to 200g/L, then is washed for 2 to 5 seconds by using a hydrochloric acid solution of 0.8 to 1.18g/L to remove oil and dirt, and is washed by running water and dried; (5) the thinned area on the surface of the tuyere is covered by tinsel, the thickness of which is 1 to 2mm, and then a ceramic sleeve and the tuyere covered by tinsel are fixed together; and (6) the tuyere and an alumina lining which are fixed together are put in an oxidizing atmosphere furnace and heated until the temperature reaches 800 to 1100k, and then processed through heat preservation for 10 to 30 minutes. The service life of the tuyere processed through the method is prolonged to 2 to 4 times of the original service life.
