The invention relates to a heat exchanger (1). The heat exchanger (1) comprises a housing (2) which holds a heat-exchange device (3) and defines a combustion chamber (30). The housing (2) is equippedwith an overhaul opening and door. The inner surface of the door is equipped with a combustor (4). The heat exchanger is characterized in that the door (5) surrounds an end part attached to a slidingpart (7) or attached to a pivot shaft (6) so that pivotal connection is achieved. The outer surface of the housing (2) is equipped with an axial guiding device (8) of the sliding part (7) in a displacement axis X2-X2 parallelly extending along a longitudinal axis X-X of the housing (2). The pivot shaft (6) extends along an axis Z-Z vertical to the displacement axis X2-X2. The trajectory of the sliding part (7) is roughly as long as the combustor (4).
