The parking control method comprises the steps that first position information of the face in video images is extracted from the video image information at the current moment, and the first position information is first angle information constituted by the face and the center of the video images; according to distance information from a target object at the current moment to a vehicle, second position information of the target object relative to the vehicle is obtained, and the second position information is second angle information constituted by the target object relative to the vehicle; the first angle information and the second angle information are matched; if matching is successful, a steering motoris driven to rotate according to the second angle information; the distance information from the target object at the current moment to a vehicle and distance information from the target object at thenext moment to the vehicle are compared, and the varying distance is obtained; and the vehicle is controlled to go forwards or backwards according to the varying distance. Through face recognition, the vehicle can be automatically parked to a corresponding parking space, and thus the parking efficiency is improved.
