一种全汁啤酒是将核酸或/和核苷酸加入啤酒的后发酵液中所得的啤酒;其生产方法是在发酵罐进行主发酵、排出沉淀酵母、低温下进行后发酵、过滤、装罐,其特征是将主发酵工序完毕的废酵母分离,所得核酸或/和核苷酸全部直接兑入后发酵液中,一起进行后发酵;由于本发明啤酒中的混合核苷酸含有鸟苷、尿苷一类增鲜核苷酸,长期饮用啤酒的人减少脂肪的形成;而本发明方法与现有啤酒生产方法相比不需要其他原材料,工艺、设备简单,便于操作。

Whole juice beer is produced by adding nucleic acid and/or nucleotide into post-fermenting liquid for beer. The production process includes main fermentation in fermenting tank, exhaust of precipitate yeast, low temperature post-fermentation, filtering and canning, and features that nucleic acid and/or nucleotide obtained through separating waste yeast after main fermentation step is blended intopost-fermentation liquid directly and completely. The mixed nucleotide contains guanosine, uridine and other delicious nuicleotide capable of reducing fat formation in body.
