    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion clip generating necessary repulsion force without enlarging a size thereof, without being bent in a middle, and rapidly increase reaction force load after reaching prescribed stroke quantity in cushion clips used attached to a fixed member. SOLUTION: The cushion clip 10 includes a cushion part 20, a locking part 40, and a projection part 34. The cushion part 20 has a hollow shape including a bottom part 24 an a sidewall part 22, and a conical shape in which an inside wall 28 and an outside wall 26 of the sidewall part 22 are reduced in diameters from a bottom part side toward a tip. A top part 30 at which the inside wall 28 projects to a radial direction inside and a round opening hole 25 is disposed at a center is formed at the tip of the sidewall part 22. The projection part 34 is constructed to project in a column shape from the bottom part 24 of the cushion part 20 toward the opening part 25, and a diameter of a tip of the projection part 34 is equal to or greater than a diameter of the opening hole 25. The collar 41 is rotated with respect to the damper body 31 and further rotated even after abutting on the grommet 11 and fixed to the damper body 31 protruded from the grommet 11 with its protruded length being adjusted.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an interfering sound caused by collision of a cushion clip with an attaching member.SOLUTION: A cushion clip 1 includes a hard part 10 generating collision sound to a back door panel (attaching member) D1 and a cushioning portion 20 reducing impact force from a body panel (opposing member) F1 by a two-color molding. The hard portion 10 has an engagement portion 12 and a head portion 11. In the head portion 11, a seal surface 11A stopping leaking of a molding material of the cushion part 20 during the two-color molding is formed while directing a surface to the inserting direction side of the hard part 10 and overhanging outward in a radial direction. The cushioning part 20 has a surrounding portion 21 outwardly surrounding an annular part 11B. The surrounding portion 21 has a projecting part 21A projecting in the inserting direction side more than the seal surface 11A in an inner peripheral part near the annular part 11B. The projecting part 21A suppresses the rattling of the hard potion 10 in the position near the annular part 11B when the impact force is input to the cushion clip 1 from the body panel F1.
