摘要： A cardboard container has a base wall, two foldable lateral walls at two longitudinal sides thereof. The container has a pair of tabs each exhibiting a central portion connected to the base wall. A first lateral portion in a single body with the central portion is foldable with respect to the central portion and to the first lateral wall, while a second lateral portion is connected to the second lateral wall and foldable with respect to the central portion and to the second lateral wall. Each tab is foldable into a flat configuration, such that the central portion assumes an angled configuration. The tab central portions are connected to the base wall and when folded by an angle with respect thereto, they are distanced apart by a distance corresponding to the transversal dimensions of a bottle and define there-between a housing for receiving the bottle in a horizontal configuration.

摘要： An apparatus for collecting a flattened tubular box, for opening-out and transferring the tubular box towards a receiving station has a first member hinged to a frame, bearing first aspirating means. Second, third, and fourth hinged members and the frame forming a four- bar linkage. A fifth member, hinged to the fourth member, bears second aspirating means. An abutting member is arranged between the first member and the receiving station inferiorly of the tubular box. The apparatus is being designed such that when the tubular box is in the folding position, a second wall of the box can be intercepted by the second aspirating means and folded progressively with respect to the first wall, the first aspirating means disengage the first wall, and the box moved by the second aspirating means up to rest on the abutting member with a consequent complete opening-out of the tubular box.

摘要： An apparatus for inserting articles into boxes has a frame positionable by a side of a first conveyor, a first thrust plat, a first abutting blade, and a first hinged member. The apparatus has second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth hinged members. First and second linear motors are borne by the fifth hinged member. A first rod fixed to the first thrust plate is moved by the first linear motor a horizontal and perpendicular direction. A second rod fixed to the first abutting blade is moved by the second linear motor in a horizontal and perpendicular direction. The first hinged member and the third hinged member are rotated to move the fifth hinged member in synchrony with the first conveyor and with a second conveyor (6), to move the first thrust plate and the first abutting blade to introduce an article into a box.

摘要： A unit for picking up and opening a tubular container has a first arm hinged to a frame at a first hinge axis, a second arm hinged at a second axis, and a third arm hinged to the first arm and to the second arm. The frame, first, second and third arms form a four-bar linkage. A fourth arm is hinged to the third arm and bears first aspirators. A fifth arm abuts the first sheet of the tubular container. In an initial pick-up configuration, the third arm is retracted and the fourth arm is in a retracted angular position so that the first aspirators intercept the first sheet. In a final release configuration, the third arm is in a second advanced position and the fourth arm is in a second advanced angular position such that the first aspirators can release the tubular container in a receiving station.

摘要： According to a method for transferring articles from a first line to a second line, situated downstream of the first one, the articles, arranged in row along the first line, are moved to a picking up pad, situated at the end of the first line and then the leading article of the row is picked up by picking up suction cups fastened to a transferring device. The transferring device transfers the article to the second conveying line, situated below, with three subsequent movements. A first movement has an almost horizontal and straight first trajectory, the second movement has a curved, descendent second trajectory, and the third movement has a straight, vertical and descendent third trajectory. The movements are performed without changing the arrangement of the article. Finally, the article is placed and released either directly above the second line, or onto previously released articles to form a pile of articles, with a corresponding series of transferring operations.

摘要： A transport system for cylindrical products to be labelled includes a first conveyor and a second conveyor. The first conveyor has pairs of support members for supporting the cylindrical products, which are predisposed parallel to one another and mutually distanced so as to identify a free space between them. The second conveyor is a looped conveyor having an upper branch and arranged with the free space present between the pairs of support members and comprises pairs of idle rollers which, when moving along the upper branch, are interposed with each support member pair. The upper branch has an ascending portion so that the rollers can abut the products transported by the support member pairs and raise the products from the housings so that the products are supported only by idle rollers when they transit at an abutting means of a label applicator.
