    • The filling apparatus (100) of containers for filling containers with pharmaceutical/parapharmaceutical articles comprises a transfer element (1) arranged in such a way as to receive articles in arrival from a vibrating conveyor (V) and transfer them in a direction of a mouth (I) of an article accumulating conduit (C) positioned above a container to be filled. The apparatus comprises sensor means (8, 9) for detecting characteristics of articles and counting articles, which are associated to the transfer element (1) such as to detect the characteristics of the articles and provide a signal indicating the characteristics. The apparatus also comprises a mobile element (2) which exhibits a first curved surface (21) and a second curved surface (22), and which is commandable in such a way as to assume a first orientation (P1), in which it is positioned in such a way that the first curved surface (21) thereof is arranged such as to enable an advancement continuity for articles detected as being whole towards the mouth (I) of the accumulating conduit (C), and a second orientation (P2), in which it is positioned in such a way that the second curved surface (22) is arranged such as to prevent a continuity of advancement for the articles detected as not being whole towards the mouth (I) of the accumulating conduit (C) of the articles.
