    • Provided is an electrophoresis chip, which can be reduced in size and simplified and which can analyze a sample highly precisely. The electrophoresis chip comprises an upper substrate (4), a lower substrate (1), an introduction bath (2a), a recovery bath (2b), and a sample analyzing capillary passage (3x). The introduction bath (2a) and the recovery bath (2b) are formed over the lower substrate (1). The sample analyzing capillary passage (3x) affords the communication between the introduction bath (2a) and the recovery bath (2b). The sample or a measurement object is introduced into the introduction bath (2a). A potential difference isestablished between the introduction bath (2a) and the recovery bath (2b), so that the sample is introduced by the electrophoresis directly into the sample analyzing capillary passage (3x). In the sample analyzing capillary passage (3x), the sample analysis is performed while the sample is being continuously fed even during the separation of the sample.
