摘要： A FOLDABLE PLAY TABLE A foldable play table 1 having a first shell 2 and a second shell 3. The shells 2,3 having a hinged connected side 5 and a free lockable side 6. The shells 2,3 being brought together to form a case 100 to assist in transport and storage. Each shell 2,3 has a base 10 with sides 11 extending away from the base 10 to a rim 12. The base 10, side 11 and rim 12 forming a hollow chamber 13. A plurality of legs 15 are adapted to be located in the hollows 13 when the case 100 is in a storage configuration and extending away from the shells 2,3 when the case 100 is in a use configuration. Each leg 15 having an adjustability member 17 to permit a user to adjust the distance the shells 2,3 are located away from a surface 20. Each shell 2,3 having a play board 25 to cover the hollow 13. 摘要： The present invention relates to novel Death Domain Containing Receptor-4 (DR4) proteins which are members of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor family. In particular, isolated nucleic acid molecules are provided encoding the human DR4 proteins. DR4 polypeptides are also provided as are vectors, host cells and recombinant methods for producing the same. The invention further relates to screening methods for identifying agonists and antagonists of DR4 activity and methods for using DR4 polynucleotides and polypeptides. The invention also relates to the treatment of diseases associated with reduced or increased levels of apoptosis using antibodies specific for DR4, which may be agonists and/or antagonists of DR4 activity.

Also disclosed are diagnostic methods for detecting a mutation in the TNF-gamma-alpha and TNF-gamma-beta nucleic acid sequences or overexpression of the TNF-gamma-alpha and/or TNF-gamma-beta polypeptides. Antagonists against such polypeptides and their use as a therapeutic to treat cachexia, septic shock, cerebral malaria, inflammation, arthritis and graft-rejection are also disclosed.
