摘要： Fully diluted hard surface cleaners are disclosed which are particularly effective on cleaning soap scum. The cleaners contain at least 0.45 eq/kg of a dissolved anion which reacts with calcium ion to form an insoluble salt. The cleaners also contain a particular amine oxide, or a different surfactant in conjunction with a solvent. Preferred embodiments include a bleach, which provide for a cleaner which is effective on soap scum and mold and mildew.

摘要： Methods for forming rib and groove plastic fastener elements and for securing them to a film web are provided. The rib element, as extruded, has an arrowhead-shaped tip, a concave tail, and a generally upstanding stem portion connecting the tip and tail. The groove element is formed having a base with a pair of generally upstanding neck elements disposed on opposite ends of the base. The base does not extend beyond the neck elements. The rib and groove elements are readily secured to the film web without entrapment of air between the elements and film web. Reclosable plastic containers may be formed utilizing the disclosed rib and groove elements.

摘要： An all purpose cleaner for hard surfaces comprises an aqueous solution of a secondary alcohol ethoxylate surfactant, an alkylpolyglycoside surfactant, and water, optionally comprising a chelating agent and sufficient pH modification agent to provide an alkaline solution. The ethoxylate surfactants preferably have HLB values of from 12.2 to 14.6, and each surfactant may comprise up to about 5 weight percent of the solution. The solution may be essentially free of organic solvents, such as alkylene glycol or alkylene glycol ethers, or other volatile organic compounds. As a result, the solution may be fragrance free, and, if so desired, colorless. Optionally, however, the cleaning solution may contain fragrances, coloring agents, anti-bacterials, stabilizers, preservatives, and other constituents, including a minor amount of a co-surfactant.

摘要： A method and apparatus for producing a plastic film having strips of an adhering material embedded in each surface of the film, which film may have an anti-block agent incorporated therein, and a composite plastic film so produced is provided which includes initially providing a first stream of heat plastified extrudable thermoplastic film material to a cast film die. The cast film die has two opposing die lips with each die lip having a plurality of spaced strip channels. The strip channels of one die lip are laterally offset from the strip channels of the second die lip. A heat plastified extrudable adhering material is introduced into the plastified film material from the strip channels and then the composite body of materials is forced from the die lips of the cast film die and cooled to form the plastic film.
