The first and second driven pulleys are mounted on both end of the accommodating groove. The first and second driving pulleys are installed in order to be separated with the first and second driven pulleys. The first and second driving pulleys are operated with a motor(M). The rotation timing belt is meshed with the first driving pulley and the first driven pulley. The rotation timing belt has loose tension in between with the first driven pulley. The rotation timing belt supports the settled product through the accommodating groove. The driving timing belt rotates and is meshed with the second driven pulley and the second driving pulley. The tension of the driving timing belt is controlled using an idler which is mounted on the lower end of the second driven pulley.
