    • A method of manufacturing bearing components having rolling surfaces for rolling elements such as balls and rollers, and more particular, a manufacturing method, which facilitates the formation of bearing components having a complex configuration. Such method comprises a first step of receiving in an atmosphere furnace a bearing body formed with rolling surfaces for rolling elements and accessory bodies to be joined to the bearing body to pressure weld them, heating the atmosphere furnace to a predetermined joining temperature and joining the bearing body and the accessory bodies by diffusion welding, a second step of regulating an atmosphere furnace temperature to a heat treatment temperature suited for quenching treatment of the bearing body and holding the atmosphere furnace at the heat treatment temperature for a predetermined period of time while keeping the bearing body and the accessory bodies in a welded state, and a third step of introducing a cooling gas into the atmosphere furnace to cool the bearing body and the accessory bodies welded with each other, thus performing a quenching treatment on the rolling surfaces of the bearing body.
