    • According to an embodiment, a wireless communication apparatus includes a buffer, a generation unit, a control unit, and an aggregation unit. The buffer stores a part or whole of a received frame if receiver address information of the received frame does not match a desired value. The generation unit generates a first frame including first transmission data. The control unit determines application or no application of frame aggregation to the first frame. The aggregation unit generates a second frame by aggregating a part or whole of one or more received frames stored in the buffer to the first frame if the application of frame aggregation is determined.
