摘要： A method for the preparation of monomers, especially aromatic ester monomers, which comprises reacting a stannylated compound generally of formula (I) or formula (II), where A is usually an aromatic group and A is usually an aromatic group or a hydrogen atom, with a second compound, usually an acid chloride or di(acid chloride). The stannylated compound and second compound react to eliminate the compound Bu3SnCl and form an aromatic ester monomer. Some novel monomers can be prepared using this method.
