The method includes: acquiring a current value of a cathode of an anode-cathode pair; acquiring a plurality of current values during a set 5 period of time; determining an increased value of the plurality of current values varying with time; determining whether the increased value is within a set current range; if yes, using a linear fitting method to fit the plurality of current values in time sequence to obtain a linear model; acquiring a slope and a determining coefficient of the linear model; determining whether the slope is within a set slope range; if yes, determining 10 whether the determining coefficient is smaller than a set determining coefficient value; if no, determining that there is a short circuit danger in the electrodes of the anode cathode pair, and in other cases, determining that there is no short circuit danger in the electrodes. By adopting the method or system of the present invention, the presence of coarse particles on the surface of the cathode can be effectively judged, the danger can 15 be found before the occurrence of the short circuit, the electrolysis current efficiency and product quality are significantly improved, and the product cost is reduced.

    • The present disclosure discloses a method for operating 12C devices with the same address, which firstly needs to realize a bus interface module. The module performs one-to-many extension on the clock SCL of the 12C, and performs one-to-one driving extension on the data signal SDA of the 12C.     • The present invention discloses a system for measuring a cathode current. The system includes a conducting bar and a current measuring device, where the conducting bar has a rectangular plate-like structure, and a first end of the conducting bar is vertically cut 5 to form a plurality of long teeth; the plurality of long teeth are equally spaced at the first end of the conducting bar, and the number of the plurality of long teeth is equal to the number of cathodes; the upper surface of each of the long teeth includes a raised conductive contact, and each of the conductive contacts is connected with one cathode of an upstream slot; a second end of the conducting bar is connected with a downstream slot, 10 and the second end of the conducting bar is one end opposite to the first end; and the current measuring device is disposed on the conducting bar and used for measuring the current of each cathode. By the adoption of the system according to the present invention, on-line accurate measurement of the cathode current can be measured without affecting a cell face operation slot, a hidden danger of a cathode short circuit is predicted, and whether 15 there is a short circuit hidden danger on a cathode plate can be timely found out to avoid the occurrence of the cathode short circuit, thereby improving electrolysis current efficiency and product quality and alleviating the labor intensity of field operators.
