摘要： A confectionery product comprises first and second confectionery mass layers arranged in contact with each other as a laminate. At least one of the inner surfaces of the first and second confectionery mass layers is provided with at least one depression, and preferably a plurality of depressions arranged in a regular two-dimensional array. The inner surfaces of the confectionery mass layers define at least one pocket in the confectionery product, the or each pocket being located in an area corresponding to a respective depression. The pockets may provide aeration on a macro scale, and they may be at least partially filled with a liquid, semi-solid or solid material.

Specifically, a hygienic baking pan comprises a panel having a continuously formed structure comprising at least two sides. The hygienic baking pan may also comprise a frame joined to the panel and/or a plurality of concave molds formed therein. The envelope accommodates a length of thread (14) which adheres lightly to the facing surfaces of the envelope and is attached more firmly to the strip on respective sides of the line of perforation (7). One (40b) of the portions is heat sealed to the tea bag so that when the portions are pulled apart the line of perforation (7) tears and the thread (14) is unravelled from within the opened envelope but the ends of the thread remain attached to the now separated portions. An apparatus and method are disclosed for continuously producing tabs from a length of carrier strip and for applying them to products such as tea bags.
