    • The present invention provides an aligning apparatus for glass substrate to properly align the glass substrate during transfer along a conveyor. The aligning apparatus includes a plurality of rollers, at least a pair of directional beams, at least a pair of positioning devices, a piston, and a detecting device. The detecting device is used to detect whether there is an offset of the glass substrate during the transportation, and the piston will be triggered once an offset is found and determined. The piston will move the positioning device such that a portion of the positioning device which extends to the roller will push the offset glass substrate so as to bring the glass substrate back to the correct position. The present invention also discloses a method to conduct the alignment of the glass substrate. By the disclosure of the present invention, the glass substrate transferred on the rollers can be automatically adjusted and aligned once an offset is found.

    • The present invention provides a glass substrate inspection device and an inspection method that are applicable to inspect if breaking exists in a glass substrate deposited in a cartridge. The inspection device includes at least one detector assembly and at least one processing unit. The detector assembly includes a light-transmitting element located at one side of the glass substrate and two light-receiving elements respectively located at two sides of the glass substrate. The processing unit determines if difference of brightness detected by the two light-receiving elements is within a predetermined range, whereby breaking is determined existing in the glass substrate when the difference of brightness is not within the predetermined range. With this arrangement, the present invention can reduce or prevent a broken glass substrate from entering a display panel manufacture line.

    • Disclosed is a multi-array detector module structure pertaining to the technical field of radiation detecting. The multi-array detector module structure comprises a casing, a bottom plate to which a bottom end of the casing is fixedly connected, and a multi-array detector composed of a plurality of detectors, wherein a mounting frame is disposed on the bottom plate, and the mounting frame includes an upper plate and a lower plate. The multi-array detector comprises two rows of peripheral detector arrays fixed to the upper plate and the lower plate of the mounting frame, respectively, and at least one row of middle detector array disposed between the two rows of peripheral detector arrays and fixed to the same. Heavy metal sheets are provided between respective detector arrays in respective rows of detector arrays, for reducing cross talk. Furthermore, heavy metal plates are provided between the two rows of peripheral detector arrays and the upper plate and the lower plate of the mounting frame, respectively, for reducing diffusion. Compared with the prior art, the present invention can achieve remarkable economic benefit by slightly improving the structure with low investment. The present invention further has advantages of a simple structure and convenience in installation and maintenance.
