SOLUTION: In the device for treating a mine, a rotating shaft is provided with a flere hammer having a hammer at the tip of a chain as an object to be provided in a heavy machine vehicle 1, one end of an arm thereof is pivoted at the rear of the heavy machine vehicle, and the other end of the arm is detachably provided with a ripper in which a beam equipped with shanks arranged like comb edges is pivoted so as to protrude sideways and furthermore the beam is hinge-linked to a body beam so as to be foldable with the sideways protrusion as an auxiliary ripper.
